Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement rolling financial plans that support strategic objectives.
  • Partner with executive leaders to provide high-level financial guidance for informed decision-making.
  • Analyse financial implications of business changes and external market shifts, identifying associated risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and appraise complex financial proposals, CAPEX initiatives, and investment options.
  • Deliver detailed financial modelling and scenario analysis to support long-term planning and sustainability.
  • Oversee budgetary control systems, ensuring accurate and timely feedback to managers.
  • Lead the design and delivery of financial performance reporting across all divisions, including executive reporting.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to support program planning, resource allocation, and performance triggers.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
  • CPA, CA, CFA or equivalent required.
