We are seeking a highly skilled Constitutional Lawyer to join our team at the Justice Department. As a Constitutional Lawyer, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and representation to the government on constitutional and public law matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide written and oral advice on public law, including constitutional law, to government clients
  • Conduct administrative and public law litigation matters, including constitutional cases
  • Develop and maintain expertise in constitutional and public law, including treaty law
  • Collaborate with other lawyers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in constitutional and public law, including case law and legislation
Requirements
  • Proven ability to provide high-quality legal advice and representation in constitutional and public law matters
  • Experience conducting administrative and public law litigation matters, including constitutional cases
  • Excellent legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with government clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
