About This Role:

As a Development Graduate, you will rotate through our Development departments to gain a broad overview of the function and its responsibility in ensuring our success. Your rotations will help you decide where you would like your next career step after the Graduate Program finishes.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • Contributing to project scope, design, and delivery to achieve project vision.
  • Supporting program, revenue, and cost objectives to ensure forecast settlements are achieved.
  • Maintaining a competitive position by monitoring market and competitor activity.
  • Participating in a team approach to maximise profitability, information exchange, and business outcomes.
  • Driving engagement with key stakeholder groups, including consultants, contractors, and community groups/stakeholders, to achieve required outcomes.
