**Digital Strategy Specialist**

We're looking for someone who's exceptional in performance marketing and ready to put their skills to work in a strategic, client-facing role.

This role suits someone who's technically strong, commercially minded, and comfortable advising clients and internal teams alike.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Plan and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels with a focus on CAC and ROAS.

2. Implement A/B and multivariate tests across ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments.

3. Analyze funnel performance and deliver insights to improve media efficiency and conversion rates.

4. Develop and maintain attribution models and customer LTV calculations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Demonstrated experience in performance marketing and campaign optimization

- Proven expertise in data analytics and marketing automation tools

- Working knowledge of SQL and BigQuery

- Confidence in running workshops and communicating technical work clearly
