When you take on the role of Service Receptionist at our dealership, you'll be one of the first points of contact for customers.

Job Description

In this position, you'll interact with customers over the phone and in person. Your friendly demeanor will help create a positive experience for them.

You'll also use your attention to detail and organisational skills to manage service bookings and ensure they're completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Attend to customer calls and resolve enquiries professionally
  • Process service bookings accurately using our systems

Additionally, you may be required to support other administrative tasks and data entry as needed.


Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in admin, reception or customer service roles is desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and computer proficiency are required
