
Customer Service Ambassador

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference in people's lives.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers and stakeholders, helping to connect them with the care they need.
You will work independently and as part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration and compassion.
- Provide empathetic, timely support to customers via phone, email, fax, and digital channels.
- Perform administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Update client records, liaise with clinical staff, and track referrals.
- Deliver accurate information on our programs and services.
- Make outbound calls to welcome new clients and follow up on referral requests.
This is a full-time contract until July 2026.
The successful candidate will have a 7-day rotating roster, working shifts between 7am–8pm SA time, including one weekend shift per fortnight.
Penalty rates apply for late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
The office-based position is preferred, with hybrid work options available.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in phone-based customer service; clinical or medical admin experience is a plus.
- A strong communicator with resilience, empathy, and calmness under pressure.
- Comfortable juggling priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and multiple systems.
