This role will support Finance and Payroll projects within the Digital Reimagination (DRI) program, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will analyse requirements, optimise finance and payroll processes, and ensure ERP / HCM system configurations align with compliance and organisational objectives. Working closely with stakeholders, the role will drive process and system improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Please note : this is a 12 month fixed-term role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and turning these into functional & technical specificationsBring in the functional expertise in the Finance & Payroll toolset that is being implemented where applicableSupport the implementation partner through the configuration of the Finance ERP and Payroll HCM modules according to the business requirementsPerform solution testing to validate that the solution is built as per requirements and agreed designSupport training team delivery to end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issuesPlan and coordinate testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, to validate that the implemented solutions effectively address business needsContribute to the data migration strategy from legacy systems to the new ERP

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end SDLC implementation ideally with a finance ERP or Payroll HCMDomain knowledge of the finance and payroll functions in the education sector Knowledge of various ERP modules such as GL, AP, AR, Invoicing and Billing and various HCM modules such as PayrollSkills in data analysis and reporting toolsStrong knowledge of agile methodologies, user stories, backlog management, and sprint planningStrong documentation skills, and familiar with artifacts create along the project lifecycle.
