Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of payroll services.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of payroll operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation, including income tax, payroll tax, and superannuation.
- Manage multiple payroll systems, including data integration and system maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and management, responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- At least 10 years of experience in payroll, with a strong background in managing complex payroll systems.
- Advanced knowledge of multiple payroll systems and potential implementations.
- Compliance with wage and hour laws, labour laws, and relevant regulations.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
