**Retail Excellence Manager - QLD & WA Regions**

 

We are seeking a seasoned Retail Excellence Manager to oversee both QLD and WA regions, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of stores.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and measure the Retail and Consumer strategy to achieve annual department sales and profit budgets at both store and portfolio levels.
  • Accountable for general business-as-usual (BAU) operations being achieved at a high standard across all stores, including promotional, seasonal, and sale executive activities.
  • Ensure store environments are attractive and on-brand, creating a leading experience for customers with support from appropriate departments.
  • Creating and fostering a highly engaged workforce and a workplace that is highly sought after within the market.

 

About You:

  • Previous experience in managing over 12 stores.
  • A customer-centric mindset.
  • Hands-on operational and strategic leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • An eagerness to share knowledge and bring passion to your teams.
