Job Title:

Retail Store Manager

Job Description:

This is a full-time role for an experienced retail professional to lead the store in Brisbane. We sell only the world's leading comfort performance brands such as Birkenstock, ECCO, FRANKiE4 & On Running. All of our footwear is comfortable yet fashionable. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and profitability through product knowledge, positive staff culture, and attentive customer engagement.
  • Provide strong leadership and coaching to develop a high-performing retail team.
  • E nsure the store adheres to brand standards.
  • Analyse sales data and store performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Liaise with head office on operational matters and implement new initiatives.
  • Create a positive in-store environment that encourages customer loyalty.
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools.
