Seasonal Services Team Members - Sydney, Australia
As a seasonal casual role, we are seeking friendly and reliable team members to support our car park, concierge and valet services during the busiest time of the year.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and possess a valid driver's license. They will also be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences across multiple touchpoints.
- Assist customers with directions and provide helpful solutions to enhance their visit.
- Manage traffic flow and support car park operations during peak periods.
- Assist with valet services by opening car doors and safely parking vehicles.
- Operate a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the overall customer experience by providing proactive and personalized support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and promote a positive store environment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to achieving business goals.
