We are seeking an IT Service Desk professional to assist clients on a full-time project.

Work involves installation, uninstallation of applications, Active Directory management, and troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues.

The ideal candidate will have three to four years of experience providing IT infrastructure field support, including desk side support and PC break/fix, with basic administration of Windows OS and MAC OS.

Required skills include knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, especially Windows 10 and Windows 7, as well as experience troubleshooting Outlook within a network environment.

Candidates should also have good communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.

Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy is desirable.

We seek candidates who are self-driven and result-oriented, passionate about work, and proficient in reading and writing English.

Job Description
