Job Description

We are seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Bariatric ward.

Deliver high-quality patient care, develop versatility in your skill set, and bring your passion for patient care to a busy ward environment.

  • Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.
  • Model safe practice behaviors.
  • Administer medications according to state law and organisational policy.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Endorsement as an Operating Theatre Nurse (EN) or Critical Care Nurse (CCN).
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a bariatric ward.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
