Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience
    • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional client service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, conversion, and customer loyalty.
  • Team Leadership
    • Support the Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing team, focusing on talent development, coaching, and recognition.
    • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Work closely with the Store Manager and District Manager to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth and conversion.
    • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team, focusing on process improvements and efficiency gains.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in retail or store management, preferably in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and late nights.
