Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at The Just Group. As Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our Melbourne Central store.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Store Manager to maximize sales opportunities through coaching, developing, and providing feedback to the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe working environment for team members and customers.
- Act as Store Manager when required, including opening and closing the store.
- Opportunity to join our Future Leaders Program, designed to develop and train our future Store Managers.
- Structured 3-month Assistant Store Manager training plan.

Requirements- Previous leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Confidence in providing praise and improvement feedback to team members.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a safe working environment.
- Knowledge of loss prevention and health and safety procedures.
- Visual merchandising experience is an advantage.
