Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist/Housekeeper to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the property remains sparkling clean and provides an excellent customer experience for guests.
  • Provide a friendly welcome and check guests in and out, answer queries, and offer helpful local information and knowledge.
  • Promote in-house activities to guests and maintain the cleanliness of communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms.
  • Monitor and replenish stock to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in reception, housekeeping, or cleaning is essential.
  • A willingness to take direction from others and work well under pressure is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
  • Flexible availability, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, is mandatory.
