We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team in a part-time Housekeeping Supervisor role.

As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for covering Housekeeping Managers' days off and assisting with supervision and rooms on other days.

This is a fantastic chance to step up and develop your skills, with comprehensive training programs available to support your growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

Leadership and Supervision:

- Drive performance and productivity by leading a team of Housekeeping Professionals.

- Develop and maintain effective inter-departmental relationships with previous hotel teams.

Staff Management and Time Management:

- Possess excellent staff management and time management skills to ensure seamless operations.

- Accurately record keeping and proven payroll management expertise.

Quality and Safety:

- Maintain standard operating procedures and adhere to policies related to workplace safety.

About You:

- Friendly attitude with the ability to positively interact with guests and the Hotel team.

- MUST be available to work a rotating roster over 7 days.

- Possess full working rights.

- Excellent grooming and presentation.
