Medical Receptionist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced medical receptionist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work two days per week (Weds, Fri) and have an immediate start.

About the Role:

The medical receptionist will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to doctors and nursing staff
  • Manage patient bookings and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience in medical administration
  • Knowledge of Best Practice software
  • A well-presented and positive disposition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
