Job Overview

We are seeking a senior technology strategist to lead the development and implementation of our enterprise technology strategy. This role will focus on defining and executing Toll's technology roadmap across AI tooling, Operational Technology (OT), and End User Computing (EUC) platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic technology roadmaps to align with business goals and IT strategy.
  • Driving innovation through emerging technologies, focusing on AI and automation.
  • Collaborating across IT and business units to deliver consistent digital solutions.
  • Acting as a hands-on technology lead, advising on platform design and technical risks.
  • Championing architecture governance and best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in shaping strategic technology vision and architecture.
  • Strong track record in developing IT architecture frameworks and long-term technology roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
