This role is responsible for defining, evolving, and executing Toll's enterprise technology strategy across AI tooling, Operational Technology (OT), and End User Computing (EUC) platforms.
With a strong emphasis on innovation, scalability, security, and performance, the Principal Technologist will shape Toll's technology landscape to align with business objectives, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
The role also plays a key part in driving operational excellence and ensuring robust technology governance across the organisation.The RoleAs the Principle Technologist, Emerging Technologies, OT and EUCyou will:Develop and implement strategic technology roadmapsfor End User Compute (EUC), Operational Technology (OT), and AI tooling, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.Drive innovation through emerging technologies, focusing on AI and automation, and lead enterprise-wide adoption of future-ready solutions.Collaborate across IT and business unitsto deliver consistent, automated, and value-driven digital solutions.Act as a hands-on technology lead, advising on platform design, implementation, and technical risks for major initiatives.Champion architecture governance and best practices, contributing to the development of high-performance architecture teams.Represent Toll in executive-level engagements, serving as a principal technology specialist in strategic discussions.What We're Looking ForIf you're ready to bring your passion and expertise to a role where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.QualificationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldSkills and ExperienceProven leadership in shaping strategic technology vision and architecture across EUC, OT, and AI platformsStrong track record in developing IT architecture frameworks and long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business goalsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience presenting to executive and cross-functional teamsWhat moves you?
