Join Our Team as a Community Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Speech Pathologist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a Community Speech Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing evidence-based services to individuals of all ages and abilities, promoting their communication and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and provide interventions for children and adults with a range of disabilities
  • Work within the NDIS to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement
  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing
  • Manage a varied caseload
  • Meet company professional expectations, including meeting billables and effective client management
  • Attend meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions as required
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
  • Work across leading software platforms and online tools

Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g., SPA)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Car insurance and Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance
