Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia is a leading provider of innovative business solutions. As we continue to evolve and grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Manager to join our team.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a technically-minded individual with excellent customer-centric skills to support our direct and dealer operations with all aspects of technical product support. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or possess the necessary background and skills.
Key Responsibilities- Equip our workforce with up-to-date knowledge and expertise on assigned products.
- Empower users to resolve technical issues independently, reducing dependence on phone support and enhancing the overall support experience.
- Develop high-quality content for FAQs, instructional videos, and How-To articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance.
- Enhance information dissemination, improve team coordination, and ensure timely sharing of critical information through various communication tools.
- Foster knowledge-sharing forums and communities of practice where employees can exchange insights and experiences.
- Create a training and development framework for allocated products that aligns with KM's values and objectives.
- Promote self-paced learning as the standard mode of instruction, empowering employees to take charge of their development.
- A highly skilled technical person with a proven track record of technical problem-solving and support.
- Able to work as an individual and as part of a team.
- Able to create and deliver technical presentations to varied audiences.
- Able to present to key stakeholders and partners with professionalism.
- An excellent verbal and written communicator.
- Able to explain complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Understanding of tools and techniques to implement a knowledge operation strategy.
- Ability to create knowledge articles and video content.
- Proven track record of disseminating knowledge to various audiences.

We offer a competitive salary range of AUD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
