As a proactive leader, you will play a key role in our business' future growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of our Quality Management System in accordance with ASQM 1, ASQM 2, and APES 320.
  • Monitor compliance with professional standards, legal obligations, and firm policies, including APES 110, TPB Code, Corporations Act obligations, and ASIC/ATO requirements.
  • Coordinate internal quality file reviews and risk audits across service lines, such as audit, tax, and advisory.
  • Prepare the firm for external reviews or inspections, including CA ANZ, ASIC, TPB, and oversee remediation actions.
  • Manage the firm's risk register and report key operational, regulatory, legal, and reputational risks to leadership.
  • Lead incident management processes, including breaches, complaints, data incidents, and professional indemnity (PI) claim notifications.
  • Liaise with firm leadership, practice heads, and service line teams to support risk mitigation and quality enhancement.
  • Monitor staff compliance with independence declarations, CPD obligations, and confidentiality standards.
