Job Title: Senior Risk ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Professional to join our team. This role will play a key position in strengthening internal controls and mitigating risks across various departments.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Risk & Controls (R&C) team to improve the internal controls certification process
  • Facilitate quarterly Internal Controls memos and SOX certification processes
  • Conduct process walkthroughs, develop risk and control matrices, and perform design and operational testing of internal controls
  • Identify, standardize, and improve process and controls documentation in collaboration with business owners
  • Analyze business processes and other business compliance topics to identify risks and control weaknesses
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4-6 years of progressive work experience in risk-based auditing or risk management functions
  • Proven success in improving risk management/SOX in a fast-moving eCommerce environment
  • Thorough understanding of internal control concepts (e.g. SOX & COSO)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
