We are seeking a customer service professional to join our team in providing exceptional support to our customers via phone-based interactions.
About the Job
This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will be required to work 1pm - 10pm Monday - Friday, with the option for hybrid working arrangements after six months.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that issues are resolved at first point of contact.
- Contribute to the team's vision and values, adding value to every customer interaction.
- Receive inbound calls from customers, offering resolution of their queries.
- Offer information related to products, services, and transactional details to customers.
- Awareness of operational risk, regulatory compliance, and occupational health and safety requirements.
Requirements
