We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leader to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and colleagues.

As a Retail Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the online department. This includes ensuring that our visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met.

You will work closely with our Store Manager to achieve sales targets, manage costs, and roster staff effectively. You will also be responsible for developing and coaching your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Personal Shoppers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the online department are running smoothly, including order selection and packing, inventory management, and store operations
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and knowledge
