Job Title: Order Management Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Administration professional to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will support customers and internal stakeholders, managing customer orders from processing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders efficiently into the ERP system, ensuring timely fulfillment in line with company guidelines.
  • Accurately assign materials, stock, and freight, and send order confirmations to customers.
  • Raise purchase requisitions to the factory and generate delivery dockets.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests, queries, and issues.
  • Monitor back orders, check delivery dates, and send confirmation to customers.
  • Liaise effectively with external and internal stakeholders, including customers, team leads, sales teams, and product teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or order entry environments.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT skills, with SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills, prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently.
