Marketing Professional with E-commerce Expertise

Health Spring Australia, a leading Australian health and nutrition brand, is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join their head office on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting the company's products and developing effective marketing strategies.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an e-commerce environment. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of current marketing trends, especially those related to the Chinese market and consumers.


The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with local and overseas suppliers, initiate strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms, and keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce marketing trends. They will also evaluate and review marketing campaigns and report to management.


We offer a competitive AUD 70,000 - AUD 90,000 per year salary package, including base salary and superannuation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities and develop plans to promote the company's products;
  • Determine the market for new products and identify market opportunities;
  • Develop promotion strategies for different sales channels;
  • Draft and develop marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing, and relevant campaigns;
  • Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns;
  • Develop new and enhance existing business relationships with local and overseas suppliers;
  • Initiate strategic partnerships with e-commerce platforms;
  • Evaluate and review marketing campaigns and report to management.


Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in marketing, business, or a related field;
  • English and Mandarin bilingual language skills;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing role;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of current marketing trends and processes, especially good understanding of the Chinese market and consumers;
  • Understanding and ability to apply digital marketing methods;
  • Ability to think creatively and bring innovative solutions to marketing challenges;
  • Ability to work individually as well as contribute to a team;
  • Strong internal and external relationship management skills.
