Physiotherapist Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Physiotherapists to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong commitment to patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospital wards and community-based facilities. This will involve assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions.

In addition to their clinical skills, the Physiotherapist will also be required to contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and provide education and training to colleagues and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a variety of settings
  • Assess patients' needs and develop and implement treatment plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide education and training to colleagues and students
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Minimum of 1 year post-graduate experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
