Digital Events Specialist

Main Responsibilities
  • Operate live streams and event recordings, including setup, show operation, and pack-down.
  • Support hybrid and virtual event delivery, integrating remote speakers as needed.
  • Assist with video production, editing, and camera operation when required.
  • Contribute to pre-production planning, technical schematics, and production briefs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues calmly and effectively on-site.
About You
  • An AV professional with experience in live audio/sound, looking to expand into streaming and broadcast.
  • Foundational experience working on live, hybrid, and virtual events is necessary.
  • Able to take ownership of technical delivery while collaborating with a small team.
  • A driver's license is essential for this role.
  • Calm under pressure and able to adapt quickly to changing show conditions.
Bonus Skills
  • Familiarity with live production software such as v Mix or Wirecast.
  • Experience with editing and post-production workflows.
