Key Account Manager - Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our Small-Medium Business (SMB) clients.

Your primary focus will be on post-sale engagement, retention, growth, and renewal of customers by identifying opportunities and ensuring customer success. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

  • You will analyze customer performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement, presenting new solutions to enhance overall value delivered.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, educating them on the use and benefits of our products and industry expertise.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management experience in complex SaaS software.
  • Languages: English (Fluent), French (Big advantage).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated expertise in client retention strategies, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be an outstanding team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Hospitality or property management industry experience - an advantage.
