Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality medical care to individuals in their homes and other settings.

This part-time position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, expand your knowledge, and provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver medical care to children, youth, adults, and seniors in various community settings.
  • Manage diabetes, dialysis, medication, palliative care, phlebotomy, and wound care cases.

Requirements:

  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province of practice.
  • Experience in community health is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A current and original copy of a satisfactory Criminal Records Check.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment, with physical activity including lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics. Individuals in the role are required to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day.
