Registered Nurse Position Overview

As a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to residents, including assessing health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments. You will also be involved in wound management, health care planning, and assessment and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Care: Providing comprehensive medical care to residents, including conducting thorough health assessments and developing individualized care plans.
  • Wound Management: Managing and dressing wounds, preventing infections, and promoting proper wound healing.
  • Health Care Planning: Developing and implementing care plans based on residents' specific needs and medical conditions.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conducting thorough health assessments, maintaining accurate medical records, and documenting changes in residents' health conditions.
Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care accreditation standards.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
