Program Management Role

About You (Selection Criteria)

You are an experienced program and project management leader with a background in astronomical instrumentation or a related complex technical/scientific industry.

A postgraduate qualification in management or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.

  • Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and manage high-performing and diverse teams.
  • Agility and adaptability to navigate complex challenges with professionalism and rigour.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
