  • Providing marketing assistance to the manager by creating engaging social media content and managing the company calendar on Loomly.
  • Managing databases and ensuring client and contact information is up-to-date.
  • Conducting audits and quality control checks to ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.

Administrative tasks include providing support to directors and managers as required, maintaining office supplies and catering, and ensuring the office is clean and tidy.

This role also involves general tasks such as maintaining industry ethics, promoting the company favourably, and performing other projects as required. Essential qualifications include a minimum of one year's experience in office administration and customer service, Microsoft Office Suite skills, and excellent communication skills.
