About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Opportunities Coordinator to manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and help them secure sustainable employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for actively engaging with 'work ready' job seekers, identifying and addressing barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready, creating and delivering engaging group sessions, and providing participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce.

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers
  • Actively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes
  • Clearly identify and address barriers preventing job seekers from being job ready
  • Create and deliver engaging group sessions aimed at getting your participants motivated and job ready
  • Provide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforce

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in case management
  • Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployed
  • You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solve
  • Experience in facilitating group training and information sessions
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPI's and targets
About You

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of case management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
