Strategic Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a driven professional to manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients across Australia.

  • This role combines strategic client relationship management with commercial growth, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success overseas.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer success, business development or a related field. They will be business-smart, great with people, and eager to grow their profile.

This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a portfolio of clients across Australia.
  2. Determine client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, aligning tools with business goals.
  4. Monitor client health and proactively identify risks and upsell opportunities.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews and maintain high engagement.
  6. Lead contract renewals and retention efforts.
  7. Promote new features and product updates to clients.
