NBN Co is seeking a Customer Field Technician to join our team in Brisbane. As a key player in handling customer service tasks, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining nbn products and services.

About the Role

This is an autonomous role that requires self-directed individuals who can manage themselves effectively. You will work in various settings, both internal and external, and be responsible for:

  • Cabling installation, including jointing, jumpering, and splicing
  • Customer premises installation of nbn Customer Premises Equipment (CPE)
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and nbn CPE
  • Working at heights and in confined spaces

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are new to the industry and eager to embark on a rewarding career in telecommunications. If you have a background in communication cabling, electrical work, air conditioning/refrigeration, carpentry, or are good with power tools, we want to hear from you.
