Building Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a detail-driven Graduate Architectural Documentor to join our team. This role is designed to complement your studies or early career experience with practical exposure to real projects.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will assist in preparing architectural documentation, collaborate closely with experienced Documentors and Architects, and build their confidence across a wide range of project tasks.
This is a full-time position, but we are open to flexibility for the right person.
Responsibilities- Preparing documentation for new builds and refurbishments
- Attending project meetings and contributing to the coordination of consultant services
- Collaborating with team members to deliver accurate documentation aligned with deadlines
- Seeking feedback and proactively building knowledge of Revit, QA standards, and documentation processes
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Requirements- Recently completed suitable tertiary qualification, including but not limited to an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architecture)
- Developing technical skills in Revit and understanding of architectural documentation
- Organised, collaborative and curious, with a strong eye for detail
- Excellent communicator, proactive learner, and confident asking questions
