Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Support Specialist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to children, young people, and families experiencing family violence or requiring assistance with care and wellbeing.
About the Role:You will be responsible for providing safe and high-quality support to families in need. This includes conducting risk assessments, offering information and advice, and working closely with partner organisations to ensure effective outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a first point of contact for families, providing timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to develop and implement supportive plans.
- Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Current Victorian Driver's License.
- Knowledge of MARAM and Best Interests of the Child Framework.
