Ventia is seeking a dynamic leader to guide and support a strong food and beverage team at RAAF Base Tindal, NT. As a Hospitality and Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for building on a growing reputation and achieving excellence in service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and roster staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Coordinate monthly bar and beverage stocktakes and submit reports accurately
  • Monitor and control weekly rosters to stay within budget and contractual requirements
  • Attend and conduct regular pre-starts to ensure a smooth operation
  • Input meal pass data into the actual and forecast spreadsheet in a timely manner
  • Ensure messes complete buffet compliance and toolboxes are uploaded into IMS
