
Expert Orthopaedic Support Specialist

You will be part of our Joint Replacement team in Newcastle, providing clinical and technical support to orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff on an occasional weekend basis to ensure urgent clinical cases are met.
This role includes responsibility for:
- Providing expert clinical and technical guidance during orthopaedic procedures.
- Bolstering relationships with healthcare professionals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Delivering comprehensive training and education to hospital staff on medical products.
- Collaborating with sales teams to support regional objectives.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and clinical techniques.
- Ensuring exceptional service and support to hospitals across the region.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as medicine or healthcare.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential.
