Job Title: Mail Processing Specialist

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Mail Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign correct postage value for client campaigns
  • Lodge and reconcile client mailing campaigns in line with client deadlines
  • Ensure campaigns are correctly lodged into the Australia Post lodgement system
  • Ensure internal systems are kept up to date for all lodgements
  • Perform duties in line with maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
  • Work effectively as a member of a team
  • Ensure a professional and positive attitude at all times
  • Maintain high attention to detail
  • Perform duties responsibly without close supervision

About You:

  • A team player with a positive attitude, you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the mailing industry is desirable
  • Previous experience using Australia Post's ELMS lodgement system is mandatory
  • Proven ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A flexible and positive approach to completion of assigned tasks
