Super Sector Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to develop and implement marketing strategies for our Super and retirement products.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy for Super and the annual marketing activity plan in line with consumer, product, workplace, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to create clear differentiation and a leadership position for Super.
- Define, implement, and optimise marketing strategies across channels, preferably within the Super sector.
- Deliver employer marketing, working with product and distribution teams to understand channel delivery.
- Extensive experience defining, implementing, and optimising marketing strategies across channels, preferably within the Super sector.
- Proven strategic, analytical, and commercially minded thinker with strong project management, stakeholder, and partner management skills.
- Experience in digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
- Broad technical understanding of direct and digital marketing strategy, CX, channels, and platforms, including email, social media, search, and display advertising.
