Overview

Kitchen Kapers is a trusted, family-owned Australian business and one of the country's leading hospitality and catering suppliers. We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness and sales growth across the hospitality, corporate, hotel, aged care, education, and related sectors in Sydney and nationally.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Digital
  • Plan and deliver campaigns across hospitality, corporate, hotel, aged care, and education sectors.
  • Manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook) to grow brand engagement.
  • Create marketing materials and email campaigns (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MailChimp).
  • Maintain and update websites (WordPress/Shopify) in collaboration with the web team.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to guide improvements.
Customer & Store Support
  • Assist in the showroom with customer engagement, product knowledge, and sales support.
  • Maintain merchandising standards and gather customer insights through direct interaction.
Operational & Administrative
  • Support warehouse operations (deliveries, order preparation, dispatch).
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare reports in Excel.
  • Perform general store maintenance and backend updates for websites and social media.
Skills & Experience
  • Interest in the food and hospitality industry, with an understanding of key customer sectors.
  • Background in hospitality or a related industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for reporting and data management).
  • Creative skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Familiarity with website content management (WordPress/Shopify).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, hands-on approach with willingness to support both marketing and operational tasks.

Pay: Up to $78,000.00 per year + Super
