Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $96,484 to $103,469, including 14.75% superannuation and location incentives. The level of payment will be subject to an assessment of the applicant's knowledge, skill, and competencies required for the position.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Worker (Trade Assistant) to join our team located in Stanthorpe. As a key contributor to the team, you will assist our tradespersons with the construction, maintenance, and associated activities on our overhead and underground electrical networks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Well-developed interpersonal communication skills to develop good working relationships with team members and external customers.
  • A current manual 'C' class open driver licence.
  • Availability for call out and emergency work as well as work overtime as required.
  • Willingness to travel to surrounding areas from time to time to undertake work.
  • Experience in safety observing and an ability to actively identify and implement risk control measures where needed.
  • Ability to use Computers, iPads, and iPhones.
  • Ability to safely work at heights.
