Therapy Role

Join a multidisciplinary team of therapists at a state-of-the-art centre in Forest Hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and be passionate about working with children, particularly those with neurological disorders.

Our therapy services embrace each child's differences and work with them to overcome their unique challenges. We develop individualised intensive therapy programs with unique combinations of our wide range of therapies, including speech, physical, occupational and other innovative treatments.

  • We offer a thorough Onboarding and Induction Training program through the first 12 weeks - developed based on your learning and communication styles.
  • You will get broad exposure: diverse, interesting often rare and complex cases.
  • You will be working with motivated families and fantastic kids.

  • Monthly 1:1 supervisions and team meetings are built into your schedule; to ensure they don't get missed.
  • Specialised training in interventions like Neurosuit, Spidercage, Intensive therapy and Galileo Vibration plate is provided, giving you the skills to make a real difference.
  • With a 38 hour working week, Monday to Friday only, you'll enjoy a great work-life balance, without sacrificing your professional development or clinical practice.
  • An administration team handles scheduling, paperwork and billing, freeing up your time to focus on providing excellent therapy.

Requirements include a Bachelor of Applied Science or relevant Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited University, strong clinical experience preferably in paediatric settings with exposure to children with disabilities, current registration with AHPRA, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
