Job Title: Customer Experience Associate

About the Role

The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service to external and internal stakeholders, government agencies, and non-government organizations. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist with customer enquiries and complaints, provide accurate advice and guidance on racing legislation and procedures, and process DNA registrations and kits.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and consult with external and internal stakeholders, government agencies, and non-government organizations.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, providing accurate advice and guidance on racing legislation and procedures.
  • Process DNA registrations and kits, investigate discrepancies, and microchip animals.
  • Maintain records, databases, and information systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, escalating issues as required, and ensure compliance with QRIC requirements.

Requirements

This role requires independence, methodical approach, and prioritization to meet deadlines and operate within statutory timeframes. The position also involves undertaking audits and demonstrating ethical behaviour and integrity.
