Job SummaryWe offer a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts across the week, to ensure our residents' health and wellbeing are optimised.
About the RoleAs a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Supporting day-to-day tasks such as eating and social activities
- Working with clinical team members to ensure care plans are followed
- Maintaining documentation and working as part of a team
You will provide high-quality service to families and the community, ensuring our residents feel safe, respected, valued, and heard.
Requirements- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent)
