Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms.
• Support colleagues and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
• Work in a safe manner to protect yourself, colleagues and residents, closely following all policies and procedures.

About the Role:

• Join Catholic Healthcare as a Cleaner and contribute to providing high-quality cleaning services for our residents in our residential aged care home.
• Help maintain a clean and hygienic environment, ensuring residents' rooms and common areas are clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally.
• Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
• A reliable team player.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
